Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field., 2-4 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or a similar analytical role., Proven ability to build and maintain complex financial models and present findings clearly., Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements., Experience with large datasets and financial reporting tools., Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills., Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment., CFA or MBA a plus.
